We have many old roads, greenways, bridleways and newer cycle paths that can be linked together to form low or no traffic routes to commute to Ipswich and link our villages. Many of these old routes used to be the main connecting lines between ourselves and our neighbours.

Cycling using these routes brings us closure to nature and gives opportunties for exercise and health benefits.

The weather is an important consideration for most and it may be that only the warmer months are chosen however that can still be 4-5 months a year. Good clothing and bike setup really helps extend the months that can be ridden.
